The Haystack Chicken Coop has been carefully designed to keep your flock safe, secure and healthy in all seasons. Built with fox-proof galvanised locks and the option to add coated 3mm welded wire, it provides strong protection against predators. The fully covered run offers shelter from rain, snow and harsh sun, helping to safeguard your birds’ wellbeing year-round.
This sturdy coop is suitable for 4–5 medium-sized chickens, or up to 7 depending on their size. It features a removable two-compartment nest box (which can be fitted to the side or front), two perches, and an opening wooden roof that makes cleaning quick and easy. A galvanised extra-deep tray and fully accessible doors add to the convenience, while the raised design gives sheltered space below the living area.
If you need more room, a 115cm extension run can be added to the opposite side, allowing your flock extra space to roam while staying secure. The overall dimensions of the coop are 219cm (L) x 75cm (D) x 113cm (H), including the nest box and roof overhang. The internal living space measures 60cm x 59cm with a maximum height of 70cm, and the nest box is 53.5cm x 30cm x 31cm. The run itself measures 107cm (L) x 64cm (W), with a height of 94cm at the tallest point.
