Meet The Cottage — our large 8ft, fox-resistant chicken coop built for year-round comfort and security. With a larger roosting area than the Buckingham, it gives your flock extra space to settle in at night while keeping predators out thanks to 3 mm coated wire and galvanised, rust-free locks. The fully covered run shields birds from sun, rain and snow, so they can roam safely whatever the weather.
Inside, two sturdy perches and a two-compartment nest box create a calm, practical layout for roosting and egg-laying. Daily upkeep is simple: the roof opens for easy access and the extra-deep, removable galvanised tray makes clean-outs quick and tidy. Rear ventilation holes with a sliding door keep fresh air moving through the coop to regulate temperature and reduce moisture.
The Cottage measures 250 cm (L) × 75 cm (D) × 103 cm (H) overall, including the nest box and roof overhangs, and can be fitted with optional heavy-duty wheels so you can reposition the coop to protect your grass and rotate your flock.
